Peggy Lynch has been a dedicated Full-Time Broker since 1982 and loves helping people with their real estate needs. As a Colorado native, born and raised in Wray, Colorado, Peggy has spent the past 25 years as a Realtor working in Estes Park and the nearby communities.
She has been married 41 years to John Lynch, a woodworking craftsmen and wonderful husband. Prior to moving to Estes Park, they lived on an island in Northern Minnesota running a summer resort and year round restaurant, so exploring commercial investments with clients is second nature to her.
John and Peggy have 2 sons. Shawn and his wife Kellie live in Asheville, NC with 4 year old granddaughter Marissa and a new grandson James. Shawn is also a RE/MAX agent! Their son Chad is a computer whiz in Seattle, WA, and keeps Peggy on top of technology.
Staying active in the Board of Realtors has always been top of mind. She is a past President and current Director for the Estes Park Board plus Housing Director for the Northeast District of Colorado.
Peggy has been very active in the community as a member of Quota International since 1987. She is a past President and "Quotarian of the Year" in the five-state District. It is not unusual to see crutches or wheelchairs in the back of her car delivering hospital equipment from the Quota Loan Closet. Peggy´s involvement in Quota Club has included aiding in the purchase of seven ambulances, attending international conventions and assisting in too many projects to list. Peggy is also a volunteer with the Town of Estes Park as a member of the Housing Authority.

GRI: Graduate, Realtor Institute-The highly respected GRI designation indicates a high level of advanced education in a wide variety of areas.
QSC: Quality Service Certification-The QSC Certification indicates that a Realtor follows a prescribed service process that ensures the delivery of top quality customer service, accountability, reliability and satisfaction.
SRES: Senior Real Estate Specialist- These professionals specialize in senior citizen´s issues and their financial planning in regards to real estate.
*E-Star Realtor-Trained in the execution of energy mortgages and in the use of the E-Star home energy rating system in the marketing of homes.
CLHMS: Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist-Successfully completed special training designed to build skills in the marketing of luxury homes and estate properties and is a member of the The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
RRS: Recreation and Resort Specialist-Successfully completed certification that speaks specifically to the unique needs and practices of recreation and resort property sales and management with the Worldwide Recreation and Resorts Sales Council.
